I've started my first company in 2007, back in my home country Romania. Since 2010 I'm living and working in Vienna, having dabbled in various initiatives, some more successful than others. I am the co-founder of Austrianstartups, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the local startup ecosystem in Austria. I am a partner at i5invest, one of Austria's most prolific private incubators. I have founded and currently act as managing director at Adspired Technologies, where we build data-driven applications for the marketing and e-commerce sectors. In 2010 I have founded the local chapter of the acclaimed TED talks and have since been growing the TEDxVienna community with annual international conferences of over 1000 attendees and 20+ global speakers.
